Q: What are your rates?

A: Prices vary depending on the size of the property. Most condos, for example, run between $75 and $100. Single family homes can cost between $215 and $250 depending on size. Large estate homes cost between $250 and $300 depending on size. 

I'll be happy to provide an estimate when I know about your particular property. I may also be able to provide a bulk rate if you have multiple properties that need photography.

I also charge $.555 per mile (the IRS rate) and any tolls. 

Q: How can I use the images?

A: The price includes a license to use the images for marketing and advertising online. I retain the copyright. Please do not share the images with a third party or web site.

If you want or need to make prints (for brochures, flyers, etc.) please let me know. There is a small print licensing fee. Larger print projects (vehicle wraps, booth displays) would incur a larger license fee.

Q: How do I receive the images?

A: The fastest way to deliver the images to you is to upload them to my web site where you can download them from a password-protected gallery. 

Q: When can I expect delivery of the images?

A: I strive for a fast turn around time and usually deliver in about 24-48 hours.

Q: How does payment work?

A: For new clients, I'll send you a link to the gallery for your review. You will not be able to download the images until I receive payment. The fastest way is through PayPal. Returning clients will have download privliges right away and may send a check after downloading.
