Your potential guests should be able to imagine themselves relaxing in one of your rooms after a long day. A prospective tenant should see themselves at home. In either case, attention to the smallest detail is crucial in creating a photo that will invite them to book or rent. I work to thoughtfully and accurately convey the layout of the space to achieve your goal.
What to expect
We’ll discuss which spaces I’ll be shooting ahead of time, and I’ll plan the shoot based on the weather and the angle of the sun. On the day of the shoot, I’ll be in touch with an on-site contact in case I need assistance with anything and to make sure my work isn’t inconveniencing your guests or tenants. As I mentioned, it’s so important to consider the details within the frame, so I’ll make sure bedspreads are pressed, notebooks and pens are positioned uniformly and chairs are at the perfect angle. Once I’ve taken the photos, I’ll edit and deliver them to you via Dropbox.
Investment
Your investment includes my day rate, image post-processing fee and a licensing fee. Ask about a cost sharing model for multiple parties.
